I come across this website the other day http://passfail.squarespace.com/ that had a thing about boarding passes, and how boring they were. I have always felt the same, you pay all this money to fly somewhere then they give you this piece of crap paper with a bunch of numbers in no particular order like sum maths equation for you to figure out. The website has some great ideas and I decided to do one of my own, attached below.

Bobbie's Wedding

It was my cousins wedding over the weekend and I just picked my self up a new D90 body, so I took it along. It was magic! especially from my last Dslr (D80) I felt a lot of difference between the two. The wedding was also just as amazing as the camera, it was full of fun, dancing and with the background of a vinyard how could you go wrong. With these shots I wanted to capture the mood of the day with all the fun and happiness of everybody just enjoying to be there.

I love the Polaroid camera, it can turn even the amateur photographer into a arty pro. The fact that you can get your photo printed on the spot as soon as you take it and have it be revealed right before your very own eyes is amazing. I had a whole stack of polaroids laying around so I went through them and picked out the best ten to put up on here, if you have me on face book you can see the whole lot in my photos section. This top one of the McDonalds sign makes me happy about taking photos.

It is a pretty basic idea, but effective just take some photos, them split them up and put them back together in a random order. I have only ever done two but when I have some more time I would like to more. I was happy with the two I did and hope you are to.

I have been real busy lately with a project I am working on. Unfortunately all of it is shooting film, and to save money on developing I have to wait till I have about 5 rolls of film full until I can get them processed. So that means I have nothing to post. So! I have posted the first set of photos I ever put in an exhibition. I think the photos turned out beautifully an I was quite happy with the end result. I sold the one of Hanna with the mug.

I have always like the idea of king kong storming the streets of Japan smashing shit up, so when I found this pic I took in Japan of the city scape there was only one thing to do. So I took some photos of some toys then photoshoped them into the photo of Shinjuku. This is what I think would happen if you had a giant lobster and dinosaur fight in the streets of Shinjuku. I would like the lobster to win although the one in this pic looks a little dumb, so I don't know if he would put up a good fight or just sit there snipping away at nothing.

Happy new year! hope that everyone had a good time. Ok so one of my new years resolutions is to keep this blog up to date and not slack off like last year. Over the new year break I have taken a lot of photos on film so when I get them developed I will post them up. Aapart from the roll I took on new years night because I destroyed my self and lost the camera :( I also went to Sydney and took a bunch there, would love to go back and take more. F#CK Yeah the photo's are done, I have finally finished processing the best one's from the photo shoot the other week. It was a hard job to do while juggling two jobs and working 7 days a week, but now they are done and I think they are not too bad if I don't say so myself. So feast your eyes on these beautiful ladies and stare in amazement, because I have been doing so for the last two weeks. Just found out about some HDR photo thing that gives you great definition in your photos. So I thought I would give it a go, my photo's did not turn out like I was hoping for but I did get some good effects from it.
